1. Information We Collect

RialAgent collects only what is needed to run the service:

  • Account: your email address (used for one-time login codes) and, if you add them, a display name, profile photo and social links.
  • Chats: if you are logged in, your conversations are saved so you can return to them. As a guest, the current chat is kept only in your browser.
  • Portfolio and watchlist: the coins, amounts, buy prices and price alerts you enter. Logged-in users' data is stored with their account; guests' data stays in the browser.
  • Technical data: your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting, and anonymous error reports (error message, page address, browser type) help us fix bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide and improve RialAgent, for example to show your portfolio, answer questions about your watchlist, and send price-alert emails you set up. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

To answer your questions, RialAgent sends requests to these services:

  • AI models: your messages (and any images or files you attach) are sent to Groq and, as a fallback, Google Gemini to generate replies.
  • Market and blockchain data: coin symbols, token contracts and wallet addresses you ask about are looked up on public sources such as CoinGecko, DefiLlama, GoPlus, Etherscan, Blockscout, mempool.space, Solana RPC, Jupiter, Hyperliquid and alternative.me. Wallet lookups are read-only; RialAgent never asks for private keys or signatures.
  • Infrastructure: Supabase (accounts, chats, profile photos), Vercel (hosting), Resend (price-alert emails) and, if enabled, Upstash (rate limiting).

4. Data Storage and Deletion

Account data and chats are stored securely with Supabase. You can delete individual chats at any time, and you can permanently delete your account from your profile page, including all chats, portfolio, watchlist and profile photo. Data kept only in your browser can be removed by clearing your browser's site data.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

RialAgent uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in and a language cookie to answer in your language. Your theme, guest chat, portfolio and watchlist preferences are kept in your browser's local storage. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
