1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RialAgent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Not Financial Advice
RialAgent is provided for informational and research purposes only. AI responses, token security scans, portfolio figures, daily briefs, calculators and market data are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose your entire investment. Always do your own research and verify important information independently before making decisions.
3. Data Accuracy
Prices, on-chain data, funding rates, token unlocks and security results come from third-party sources and automated analysis. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a token marked as safe can still be a scam. AI models can also make mistakes. RialAgent does not guarantee the accuracy of any information shown.
4. Price Alerts
Price alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Notifications and emails may be delayed or not delivered, so do not rely on them for time-critical trading decisions.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and email. RialAgent reserves the right to limit or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including excessive automated requests. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant RialAgent a license to process it in order to provide and improve the service. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases or other secrets. RialAgent never needs them.
7. Limitation of Liability
RialAgent is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages, including trading or investment losses, arising from the use of the service.
